These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ap ("777ap", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at 777ap.biz. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777ap platform — including the casino lobby, sportsbook, live dealer section, crash games, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777ap platform and close your account. Your continued use of 777ap following any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a 777ap account. This age restriction is absolute and applies to all players regardless of location within Pakistan. 777ap conducts mandatory identity verification (KYC) using your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) as a condition of processing any withdrawal. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

When registering with 777ap, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including but not limited to your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a unique password. You must update your registration information promptly should any of it change. 777ap reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during or after registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 777ap account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777ap reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend all associated accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

777ap offers its services to players in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where online gaming under an international licence is not explicitly prohibited. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of 777ap is lawful under the laws applicable to them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ap login credentials — your username, password, and any other security information associated with your account. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been performed by you. 777ap shall bear no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

If you believe that your 777ap account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 777ap support immediately via the live chat function. 777ap will take immediate steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, including resetting access credentials and reviewing recent account activity.

777ap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; provision of false registration information; suspected money laundering; evidence of problem gambling requiring compulsory self-exclusion; or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or its players.

777ap supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published in the 777ap Cashier section and may be updated periodically.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777ap account. 777ap does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Completed KYC identity verification is a mandatory precondition for the processing of any withdrawal request. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.

777ap operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. 777ap reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to a player account where unusual deposit patterns are identified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and referral to relevant regulatory authorities.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives offered by 777ap are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a 777ap account must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused or unexpired bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

777ap monitors all bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure; colluding with other players in matched-betting strategies using bonus funds. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

777ap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before modification or withdrawal will continue to be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

All casino games available on 777ap — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, table games, and sports betting — operate under individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing wagers. 777ap's casino games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, or professional live dealers in live casino products, to ensure that all outcomes are fair, random, and unmanipulated.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — 777ap reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Where this is not technically possible, 777ap will determine the fairest available resolution at its sole discretion. Game results recorded in 777ap's system log shall be considered final in the event of any dispute.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 777ap platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform interface without 777ap's prior written consent
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in 777ap's games or platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing or any other form of sports event manipulation in connection with 777ap sportsbook betting
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games
• Attempting to access another player's account, data, or funds without their consent

All intellectual property on the 777ap platform — including but not limited to the 777ap brand name, logo, website design, game content, software code, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to 777ap and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ap platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content, software, or material from the 777ap platform without prior written permission from 777ap. Unauthorised use of 777ap intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ap shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 777ap platform, including but not limited to losses from gambling outcomes, technical malfunctions, interruption of service, or actions taken by 777ap in accordance with these Terms.

777ap's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your active 777ap account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

777ap is committed to responsible gaming and operates a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. By using 777ap, you acknowledge your personal responsibility to ensure that your gambling remains within your financial means and does not negatively impact your wellbeing or that of others.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the 777ap platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any outstanding real-money balance from 777ap support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the 777ap platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ap holds its international gaming licence. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute with 777ap regarding your account, a game outcome, a bonus, a transaction, or any other matter, you should first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting 777ap's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function available on the platform. 777ap commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
